During my Physics Masters and internship in science journalism, I discovered how much I enjoy sharing my passion for science and technology with others. I enjoy the creative process of finding the best way to awaken the audience’s curiosity about a subject, and how various mediums can be used to achieve this goal. When I also realized how important it is to bridge the gap between science and society, I knew this was the field I wanted to work in.
Working for Dutch national Science Museum NEMO, the science consultancies Unschooled Mind Company and De Praktijk, I was involved in many various projects, from developing lectures for children to theatre shows, writing educational materials to organizing the opening of a research institute or science communication conferences.
